Use Your Blog as a Listing of Jobs

That or make a category that is all about the listing of the different jobs you could find online and offline. Sure there are jobs listed on Craigslist and such but those who read your blog might not be able to filter everything so that they are able to see relevant jobs for them. If you have a particular niche, maybe a coffee blog, you could list the different kinds of job openings in coffee shops or coffee companies.
When you are in a particular niche, you have contacts that probably would ask referrals. Why not use your blog to make these referrals? After all, you have readers who might even suit their requirements and that would be the best way to go about things. That way you and your contacts, also your readers, would be able to build your social network and learn more from such interactions, albeit indirect ones.
Making a “Job Listings” or “Opportunities” section is not that difficult. You could even make a separate blog altogether, in case you have a lot of information. It’s up to you as to how you could help others around you. Also, it could be an income-generating thing on your blog if you are able to give reasonably-priced packages for those who are looking for such services. You could probably start looking around for business models out there. Though there are a lot of free services already, you could figure out reasons why people could benefit from advertising job opportunities on your blog.
