Quotes are also great ideas that you can build upon. Start with a simple statement and expound on it.

Contests also excite readers. Everyone is interested in freebies.

Getting a guest blogger to write is also a breath of fresh air for new concepts or thoughts.

Lastly when all else fails, you can always talk about current events. Write about interesting ones in your area or around the globe.
