Be a blog evangelist!

What is special about blogging that makes you hooked on to it? You even have it as your job! Imagine that! How many people enjoy blogging and are even promoting it as a lifestyle that could actually help one earn some income?

If you believe in the different things that blogging could do for a person’s life, do you talk about it? Yes? No? Feeling shy about it? Why? If you’re not shy about it, it’s not too late for you to become a blog evangelist. Why don’t you step up and share your enthusiasm for blogging to the rest of the world?

The world needs more people to be more open to communicating with one another. In more than one way, blogging (be it in textual content, videos, podcasts, etc.) could help a person grow up. There are communication barriers that are knocked down through blogging. It seems that it lessens the digital divide, unless you are of the school of thought that there is still that digital divide but this time it’s between those who have the technology and those who don’t. But think about the possibilities that blogging has opened up even to non-geeks. It is amazing, isn’t it? Everyone could now publish their thoughts online and speak up on the different issues on hand.

The blog could be one’s platform. How about you? Have you made that conscious choice? Have you made that conscious effort? If not, ask yourself why not? It’s never too late to be a blogging evangelist. You never know who you’d actually get to help in making someone less shy or become more confident through blogging.
