Updated Wordpress for iPhone

No more excuses about being on the move to justify not posting anything because Wordpress is accessible via your iPhone. In fact its updated version (Wordpress for iPhone version 1.21) is already available. So what can you do for your blog with this app?

You can…

1. Write posts and save them as drafts of publish them;
2. Delete drafts;
3. Resize photos and upload the photos;
4. Edit pages; and
5. View and manage your comment section.

If you thinking that typing up a blog post with such a relatively small device can be tedious you are right but this is made more bearable by the fact that Wordpress can be viewed using landscape mode (not possible in the previous version so upgrade your Wordpress version if you still can’t do it).

The Wordpress app works with the new iPhone 3G, the original iPhone, and iPod touch. Note that upload and publishing speed will depend on your internet connection so make sure you have a reasonable signal before attempting to publish posts.
